2024 Pricing & Payment Info

All monies must be paid in full by June 1. 

Any late registrations [after June 1] will have a $100 late fee added to each registration.

 

TEEN CAMPERS [ages 13-18]:

  • Total Cost: $395

  • All registration fees include the $50 non-refundable deposit

  • Teen Campers: Must be at least 13 years old to be a Teen Camper. Camper must be 13 years of age by the start of camp, and not older than 18 years old by the start of camp.

WOLF CUB [ages 6-8] & BENJAMITES [ages 9-12] CAMPERS:

  • Total Cost: $395

  • All registration fees include the $50 non-refundable deposit.

  • All Wolf Cubs & Benjamites MUST have a Parent/Guardian/Responsible Adult attend with them for the week.

  • Wolf Cubs: Must be at least 6 years old to be a Wolf Cub. Camper must be 6 years of age by the start of camp, and not older than 8 years old by the start of camp.

  • Benjamites: Must be at least 9 years old to be a Benjamite. Camper must be 9 years of age by the start of camp, and not older than 12 years old by the start of camp.

JUNIOR STAFF [ages 19-23]:

  • Total Cost: $335 

  • All registration fees include the $50 non-refundable deposit

  • Junior Staff: Must be at least 18 years old to be Junior Staff. Junior Staff must be 18 years of age by the start of camp, and not older than 23 years old by the start of camp.

ADULT STAFF [ages 24+]:

  • Total Cost: $260

  • All registration fees include the $50 non-refundable deposit

  • Adult Staff: Must be at least 24 years old to be Adult Staff. Adult Staff must be 24 years of age by the start of camp.

  • Parents/Guardians/Responsible Adult attending with Wolf Cubs/Benjamites for the week are considered Staff.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT & REFUND INFORMATION:

 

  • ALL monies must be paid in full by June 1.

  • A late fee of $50 will be added to each registration that has outstanding registration fees after June 1. 

  • PLEASE NOTE: There is a $35 transaction reversal fee per person, per occurrence. Example: If you make a payment, but need to have the payment refunded, and re-billed at a later date [you are not cancelling], you will be billed $35 per person, per occurrence. This fee will be added to your account and must be paid by the deadlines established in our payment policy.

  • Your registration form and permission forms, along with a $50.00 (non-refundable deposit), are due at the time of registering. You are welcome to pay in full upfront, but at least $50 is due.

  • When we receive your registration with the deposit, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provide

  • You are not registered unless this has been paid in full, all your required forms are filled out, and, and you have received confirmation from Camp Mashiach.

  • A total of $200 must be paid by April 1st to guarantee your spot at CM. 

  • Space is limited! Registration will fill up fast. To guarantee your spot in the camp, you must pay a minimum of $200.00 towards your registration by April 1st. otherwise, you may be bumped by those on the wait list.

  • When registration fills up, a waiting list will be established based first on one’s ability to pay in-full, and second on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • If you cancel on or before March 1st, then any money you have paid up to that point is refundable, minus the $50 deposit.

  • If you cancel on or after April 1st, then 15% of what you have paid up to that point is refundable, minus the $50 deposit.

  • If you cancel on or after May 1st, there is no refund available.
